Avondale Estates

Avondale Estates is a charming city on the doorstep of Decatur and only minutes from Downtown Atlanta. Keeping its small town southern charm Avondale Estates is experiencing a renaissance of its own.

Buckhead

Buckhead is an intown Atlanta area that is rich in history. The community can be traced back to 1837 when a gentleman named Henry Irby owned a tavern and general store at Roswell Road and West Paces Ferry Road. As the story goes, Irby killed a deer and mounted the "buck head," for travelers to see.

Candler Park & Inman Park

Candler Park is an eastside residential neighborhood adjacent to Little Five Points. It is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Atlanta, Virginia Highlands, Little Five Points, Midtown and Decatur.

Decatur

In Decatur you will find small-town atmosphere and charm and a real sense of community, just minutes from Downtown Atlanta. With tree-lined streets, historic architecture and fascinating shops and restaurants, Decatur is truly a pedestrian city.

Downtown

After the 1996 Olympics, the Downtown area grew in popularity as a place to call home. More and more people were interested in experiencing an urban lifestyle.

East Atlanta

East Atlanta is a progressive, diverse and friendly community located one mile south of Little Five Points, just east of Downtown and around the corner from the historic Kirkwood community. Its convenience to shops, services, boutiques and restaurants makes this neighborhood one of the hottest in Atlanta.

East Point

East Point is the third largest city in Fulton County, though it offers a charming Downtown square, only seven miles south of the hustle and bustle of Downtown Atlanta. East Point sits on the front doorstep of the world's busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson International.

Midtown

Midtown, located centrally between Downtown Atlanta and Buckhead, is an area well known for its exciting nightlife and energetic business district. This thriving area is home to major art venues Piedmont Park, and some of the hottest restaurants and clubs in Atlanta.

Old Fourth Ward

Located just east of downtown Atlanta, the Old Ward is a diverse intown community rich in history with many beautifully restored Victorian and Craftsman style homes and commercial properties. As a result of work done by organizations such as the Historic District Development Corp. there has been a dramatic increase in convenient, high quality affordable housing.

Virginia Highlands

Life in the Virginia Highlands neighborhood offers wonderful experiences at charming sidewalk cafes, unique coffee houses, lively bars, eclectic shops and innovative restaurants. Crowds make their way through the beautiful streets of Virginia Highlands from early morning to late night.
