The Riverview, built in 1969, features 161 units and is located along West Ashley’s marshland. Purchased by Braden Fellman in 2021 with the property needing considerable updates, the company began completing interior and exterior renovations to create a better living experience for residents. While the main focus has been on upgrading the units’ interiors, Braden Fellman has also made infrastructure and cosmetic enhancements to the property’s exterior, contributing to the overall improvement of the residential neighborhood in which The Riverview is located.
