Our application requirements can vary by property, but we typically look for a 600 credit score and a monthly income of 3x the rent. Application fees are $50 per applicant, and deposit is required to hold a unit in the amount of one month’s rent.
Yes, all Braden Fellman apartments are pet friendly with the payment of monthly pet rent, unless you can provide documentation of service animal certification. Pet rent is $15/month per cat and $25/month per dog.
We are able to accept Atlanta Housing Authority housing choice vouchers at certain properties. Please contact our leasing team for more information.
Braden Fellman does not allow corporate leasing of residential units or short-term leasing of units through rental sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist or similar. If you are a resident who needs to sublet your apartment for your remaining lease term, contact your property team.
The shortest lease we are able to offer is 6 months. Leases that are less than 12 months incur an additional $100 per month to the listed price.
Units can be held for up to 30 days with an accepted application and one month’s rent deposit.
Utilities are not included in any of our rent prices. Different properties will have different utility requirements. All of our units require renter’s insurance be purchased by the tenant.
