1100 Washington is a historic apartment complex located in East Point, Georgia, just south of Atlanta. Built in the 1950s, the community is a valuable example of low-rise public housing from the New Deal and post-war era. Purchased by Braden Fellman in 2020 after years of abandonment, the property had suffered from neglect. Preservation efforts undertaken by Braden Fellman Group have successfully retained the property’s historic character, while completing necessary renovations and adding modern amenities.
