900 Peachtree

Originally an old government office building, 900 Peachtree was designed by the prominent Atlanta architectural firm FABRAP. After purchasing the property, Braden Fellman began converting the building into loft-style apartments. This project was a significant undertaking that required completely gutting the building to its pillars and external walls before completely rebuilding the structure. At the time of acquisition, the location on Peachtree was considered blighted, but Braden Fellman’s initiative played a pivotal role in Midtown Atlanta’s transformation.
