Abrams Fixtures
Situated in Adair Park, just south of Downtown Atlanta, Abrams Fixtures is a mixed-use development featuring 33 residential lofts and nearly 60,000 SF of office, retail and restaurant space. Originally built beginning in the 1920’s, the property features unique industrial details like original brick, exposed heavy timber and restored factory windows. In 2023, Braden Fellman joined the tenant mix as we relocated our headquarters to Abrams Fixtures.
