Andrew’s Court

Andrew’s Court, a historic apartment complex on Atlanta’s iconic Ponce de Leon Avenue, was built in the 1920s and acquired by Braden Fellman in 1990 after 15 years of vacancy and accumulating debts. Through close collaboration with the city, Braden Fellman revitalized the building, earning a City Council Proclamation for contributing to the rejuvenation of Ponce De Leon Avenue. Despite updates since its 1993 renovations, the building maintains its unique architecture, embodying the spirit of old Ponce.
