Arbors of East Atlanta

Arbors of East Atlanta was acquired by Braden Fellman in 2008 amidst challenges including high vacancy rates and a pressing need for repairs. Compounded by that year’s market collapse, the property had fallen into a further state of blight. Leveraging its longstanding history and expertise, Braden Fellman undertook the role of sponsor, completing significant renovations and collaborating with residents to transform the property into the vibrant community it is today.
