Located in Atlanta’s East Lake neighborhood, Canopy was revitalized by Braden Fellman in 2022 after years of vacancy due to a mortgage fraud scheme. By collaborating with county authorities and overcoming entitlement challenges, Braden Fellman obtained over 250 permits for comprehensive interior and exterior renovations. This initiative not only brought the property back to life but also played a role in the ongoing revitalization of the East Lake neighborhood, transforming an abandoned complex into a thriving residential community.
