Oak Pointe - Braden Fellman

Acquired in 1987, Oak Pointe was Braden Fellman’s first heavy lift renovation project. The property, suffering from high vacancy rates and considerable deterioration, reflected Candler Park’s broader challenges at the time. Braden Fellman’s renovations, which included updates to the interiors, exteriors, and landscaping, gave the property new life and positively impacted the neighborhood.
