Spanish Oaks

Originally constructed in 1929, Spanish Oaks was built near the notable Sears Roebuck (now Ponce City Market) and Ford factories. Braden Fellman acquired the property nearly 80 years later, in a state of disrepair and located in a challenging area of Atlanta, and recognized the clear need for its revitalization. Committed to preserving the buildings’ character, the company completed renovations while maintaining its distinctive architectural style. These efforts, in conjunction with other acquisitions on the street, played a pivotal role in the revitalization of the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood.
