Studio Revival

Formerly Winnwood Apartments, Studio Revival is Midtown Atlanta’s premier example of historic garden-style design repurposed for contemporary living. Built in 1931, this Georgian Revival-style building was completely restored as part of the 2022 rehabilitation. Beginning in 2020, Braden Fellman Group and its partners took on the dilapidated 24-unit apartment building and engaged in a two-year process that involved listing the property in the National Register of Historic Places, securing a historic façade easement, restoring the exterior and grounds, and renovating the interiors.
