The Lily
Constructed in 1972 with a second phase added in 2003, The Lily features 198 units in the West Ashley area of Charleston. Acquired by Braden Fellman in 2021 as a partially renovated property, the company began completing extensive interior renovations to improve the living spaces. Given its relatively recent construction, the exterior required only minor updates, and focus was placed on unit upgrades. To date, renovations have been completed on 66% of the units, improving the property’s overall quality and positively impacting the surrounding residential area.
